  Best white hot chocolates EVER also best iced chocolates EVER. Really great customer service. Place its self is really small not the best for staying to enjoy your beverage, but the friendly staff overide that even being a real issue.

  Just want to be honest here. The food and coffee is great.
  However today has made me go out of my way to express something I was quite disappointed with. As small as it sounds I would like it to be a learning curve rather than a needless bagging.
  Ordered an iced coffee which was great itself. But no lid. Was going to place a small on a large container but girl behind the counter said that it 'won't fit'. When I responded 'okaay...' The best she could respond with was 'we don't have any regular lids. Yeah sorry about that.'
  So I guess what I'll say is it was irritating and inconvenient. Not to mention I spilt it about 3 times whilst being on the go.
  Sounds petty, what I've written, doesn't it?
  Well if it was a hot drink and the wrong person bought it I can tell you now that petty scenarios like this can cause dispute on an astronomical scale! Could point out the American woman who sued McDonald's for $2 million dollars for driving with coffee in her lap and not 'knowing' contents were hot.
  
  All I ask is that the café is reasonably stocked and that the staff can show some sincerity when apologising. The girl who gave a so called apology was very half hearted about it.

  Bought a flat white and white chocolate mocca at 11.55 today, and both were made with skim milk! I never requested skim and was not asked if it was preferred.
  Also the white choc powder/syrup was not stirred in. Spoons available to customers are not long enough to stir a large cup.
