  Extremely disappointing experience.
  Our chips were well undercooked, salad was drowned in lemon juice, hot chocolate was served with no sugar or even sugars on the table, and the savory pancake did not compliment the chicken parmigana, leaving us feeling bloated and sick.
  
  The meal itself was so poor that we ended up leaving. Only having eaten half our meals, and only dining for about 40 minutes, half of this time spent waiting on our food.
  
  Best thing about our meals was probably the one glass of soft drink we ordered.

  Making decision for customer to not put the ingredients that's clearly states in the menu. When asked the waitress, I was told the ingredient is not necessary! WTH! Who are you to decide what to serve or not!
  I talked to another waitress, who gave even worse excuse. She said "we respect the customer so we decide not to serve the ingredient!"
  Girls, you seriously need to learn what is so call "respect"

  Service was not so great. Very slow.
  Ordered a hot chocolate. Came out after 20 mins warm.
  Waited 40 mins for strawberry plantcrepe which i had to instantly send back as it was black and basically burnt to a crisp.
  Also ordered a hash brown with our meal, little did i know what i actually was getting was strips of fried oil. Cannot stand menu's that are not descriptive enough.
  Would not waste my time or money coming here again, for food that is just not worth the price!

  Pancakes are awesome.
  Meals are actually good
  Desserts are just awesome !
  Drinks are very good but coffees are average here.
  
  Quite pricey aswell but overall good quality service and place. Love the design in here.
